Upon successful completion of your user profile, you will instantly have access to your job matches and can apply to positions as you wish. 

Heads Up!
Before you submit your information, note that you will be asked to verify your current military status in order to gain access to the USO Job Board. Verifying your status is quick and easy using ID.me in the USO Customer Portal.

In order to process your request, please provide us with the following information. It will be used to set up your profile which will 1.) facilitate access to the platform and 2.) get you a jump start on your job matching!

*When your current service obligation ends. If you are unsure, your best guess is fine!


*When your spouse's current service obligation ends. If you are unsure, your best guess is fine!

The USO is providing qualified active duty, National Guard, and Reserve service members, and current military spouses with exclusive access to the USO Job Board.


As a condition of your access, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I will verify my military status using ID.me within the USO Customer Portal, as a required step in the process to gain USO Job Board Access.
  • I acknowledge that the USO Job Board will give me access to job opportunities and job matches which means employers will have access to the information listed in my profile (as referenced in the USO Job Board Terms & Conditions below). 
  • I understand that the USO Job Board is a self-guided experience. Once granted, I acknowledge I will have access to the USO Job Board for up to 12 months.  
  • I will complete any USO surveys soliciting feedback on my experience with the USO Job Board.  

  • I will notify the USO via email (jobboard@uso.org) regarding any new employment opportunities I receive and accept – regardless of whether they were a direct result of my access to the USO Job Board. Such notification will include the name of the company and the job title/role. It will be optional to include my salary information.  
If I fail to satisfy any of the requirements outlined above, then I understand and agree that my access to the USO Job Board may be terminated at the USO’s sole discretion.
