Before you submit your information, note that you will be asked to verify your current military status in order to gain access to the USO’s online learning platform powered by Skillsoft. Verifying your status is quick and easy using ID.me in the USO Customer Portal.

In order to process your request, please provide the following information. This information will be used to set up your profile and facilitate access to the USO’s Skillsoft learning platform, including enrollment in available courses and professional development opportunities.

Skillsoft is supporting the United Service Organizations, Inc. (“USO”) by providing eligible, currently serving U.S. service members and military spouses access to online digital credentialing opportunities through free enrollment in the Percipio Skillsoft platform (the “Program”).


As a condition of your participation in this Program, you agree to the following commitments: 

  • I acknowledge my learner enrollment is contingent on my verification of my military status which must be done in the USO Customer Portal using ID.me. 
  • I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to secure access to a computer and reliable internet connection to access the Program. 
  • I will familiarize myself with the Program content and understand that it is self-guided. The USO may contact me regarding my Program activity.
  • Once granted, I acknowledge I will have continual access to the Program for up to 12 months. The USO may contact me regarding any changes to my access. 
  •  I will complete Program surveys and provide additional feedback concerning the Program, as requested by the USO.
If I am unable to satisfy any of the commitments outlined above, then I understand and agree that my enrollment in the Program may be reviewed, and that I may be removed from the Program, at USO’s sole discretion.
